A new release on MPM Records? Yes, but it seems that they have no further information on their official website until now.
By a fluke I’ve discovered the new release on their MySpace player. Do My Thing by Fella Vaughn is the name of the new 7inch (check out the other 45s). Cool Vocals and the Beat remebers me of a track by the Fatback Band…drifty, funky, fabulous. I like such combinations of rap’s and funky beats and it shows the influences and passion of Fella Vaughn. Besides MPM’s new Artists like Circle Research, Baptman and Flomega - Fella Vaughn is an absolutley enrichment for MPM Records and for us - the audience.
